Privacy Protection Guidelines for HeatGenie app Users

These guidelines are formulated by the developer of the HeatGenie app “Wenzhou Bogu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) for the purpose of processing your personal information.  

1. Information processed by the Developer 

According to the law, the Developer only processes the information necessary to implement the functions of the app.       

For Bluetooth connectivity, the Developer will collect your location information after obtaining your express consent. The Developer accesses your Bluetooth for device connectivity.

2. Your rights and interests  

2.1 Regarding the collection of your location information, you can revoke your authorization to the Developer。

2.2 You may exercise your legal rights to access, copy, correct and delete your personal information by contacting the Developer in the following ways.

3. Storage of information by the Developer     

3.1 The Developer undertakes to keep your information for the shortest period necessary for the purpose of processing, except as otherwise required by law and regulation.

4. Rules for the use of information

4.1 The Developer will use the collected information for the purposes stated in these Guidelines.

4.2 If the Developer uses your information beyond the purpose or reasonable scope stated in these Guidelines, the Developer must notify and obtain your express consent again by notice before changing the purpose or scope of use.

5. External provision of information

5.1 The Developer undertakes not to actively share or transfer your information to any third party. If it is necessary to do so, the Developer shall obtain your separate consent directly or confirm that the third party has obtained your separate consent.

5.2 The Developer undertakes not to publicly disclose your information to the outside world. If public disclosure is necessary, the Developer shall inform you of the purpose of public disclosure, the type of information to be disclosed, and the information that may be involved, and obtain your separate consent.
